First Day of School

Today was Taylor's first day of preschool. You might be wondering, "Uh, didn't Taylor graduate from preschool last year?" You are correct, my friends. Since her birthday is so close to the cutoff, we debated all summer whether or not to send her to kindergarten. After weighing the pros and cons, we decided to wait a year and send her back to Sonshine. She has a few other "redshirt" kids from last year's class with her and her favorite teacher, Mrs. Washburn, is back.

The Worm was so excited this morning and loved every minute of class. The parents got to hang out today and it was fun watching her socialize and learn.

All ready for school!

The Worm and The Pear. They're getting so big!

Checking things out.

Taylor also started ballet lessons Tuesday night. Now, I pretty much played every sport growing up, but dance - not so much. I was a total tomboy, but I want the kids to be able to figure out for themselves what their interests are. So, we're entering uncharted territory; I do have to admit, she looked so cute in her ballet outfit.

Wormarina.

Pear loving his lollipop. He's been so cheesy for the camera lately!

Until next time,

Mommy Kel
